Orders leave our Hollywood, Florida studio within one to two business days. Domestic delivery usually takes two to four days; international delivery takes five to ten, depending on the destination. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on altered, worn or final-sale pieces. Start a return by writing to Contact@signatureyachtservices.shop.
Our pieces are cut for an easy, layered fit. Each product page lists the model's height and the size worn. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend taking the smaller size for silk and the larger size for linen. For a personal recommendation, write to us with the piece and your usual size.
Yes. We ship worldwide from Florida. International orders are sent with duties and taxes calculated at checkout where possible; any local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us and we will find a way.
The Hollywood, Florida studio is open by appointment, Monday to Friday. We keep a small rail of the current collection and are happy to set aside pieces in your size. Email Contact@signatureyachtservices.shop with a preferred day and time.
Linen and cotton: cold machine wash, gentle cycle, line dry in the shade. Silk: hand wash cold or dry clean. Knitwear: hand wash cold, reshape and dry flat. Give everything room to breathe, and repair rather than replace whenever you can.
